I had given them a deposit and never heard back from them until September. There was no follow up from them. I called and they were nasty with me about me waiting to call them. Took me four months to get my deposit back. They never offered to perform the work. I had used them once before and was not completely satisfied then either. I would never go back to see them.

Totally dissatisfied with this company. The door is only 1 yr. old & had to be repaired 5 times, including replacing & installing a new motor. We are now again waiting (6th time) for the repairman because the door will not function again!!! The responsivness from this company has much to be desired, their standard reply ( said with annoyance) to us is we'll get there as soon as someone is in your neighborhood. Then when they finally get here (weeks later) the serviceman is on the phone most of the time getting directions (from I don't know who) on how to repair the door & it usually doesn't work, so we then have to wait for the other repairman to come (which can also take days or weeks) for him to come and try to fix it. We're still waiting for him to come and it is over a week already. I will never recommend this company to anyone!!

I really like how the doors look. The guy that installed my front door did a great job. The guy who installed the fire door on the garage showed up drunk, so that was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I called the company right away and they took care of the problem right away and were very apologetic for the gentleman's behavior. They also told me he had been taken care fo and disciplined for his behavior, so that was reassuring. They also ordered the wrong handle for the front door, but they called me and told me right away that it would take a little bit longer before they could finish the front door.

They measured appropriately, installed appropriately, and did not leave a mess.

THE JOB WAS GREAT. I LOVED THE WORK THAT THEY DID. THEY WERE NEAT AND CLEAN. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND DID A GOOD JOB. THE DOOR LOOKS GOOD.

I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. THEY WERE A LITTLE ON THE HIGH SIDE, BUT THEY HAD GOOD QUALITY WORK. THE INSTALLATION WAS ACCEPTABLE. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. THAT'S WHAT I OPTED FOR BECAUSE I WANTED THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT.

WE WERE DISAPPOINTED. WE THOUGHT WE WERE PAYING FOR DOORS MADE FOR OUR OPENINGS, AND BASICALLY THEY TRIED TO USE STOCK DOORS AND FILL THEM UP. WE THOUGHT THEY WERE HAND MADE FOR EACH OPENING.

THIS COMPANY DOES EXCELLENT WORK AND I HAVE USED THEM FOR OTHER WORK. THE WORK IS PROFESSIONAL AND THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM. THEY ARE VERY EXPENSIVE AND THE QUALITY OF THE DOORS ARE POOR. THE TABS THAT HOLD THE WINDOW IN KEEPS BREAKING AND THEY DIDN'T HANG THE DOOR CORRECTLY.
