The subs man promised delivery and missed a cute and never called to tell us when carpet would be. We agreed to pay with a credit card and he changed his mind on day of delivery and tried to change us more. He was rude and unprofessional.

Had a great experience. I have to say it was rather incredible to watch though. The gentleman was on time, but I was surprised to see that he was the only worker. My living and bedrooms are rather large and I thought I would have to help him move my furniture. He handled this job alone...I still don't know how he did it. Between moving the sofas, cabinets, etc., he completed it with no complaint. The carpet turned out well...I would use this company again.

Ron Conti was wonderful in the showroom. He explained everything thoroughly, answered questions and genuinely worked with us to find a choice we would be happy with. We could not have asked for a better sales experience. The installation went smoothly. The pattern matching on the rug was done very well. There were 3 spots that were not tacked down well enough after the installers left so we called him back and someone came out to the house the next day and fixed it. They were professional and attentive. The price was not cheap, but the job was done right by someone who knew what they were doing. When we had an issue we had someone who was responsive and will stand behind what he sold and the quality of the installation. The customer service was excellent and the result is beautiful. Overall we feel we got what we paid for and would definitely go back to Ron again. If we had one criticism it would be that we would have liked the installers to haul away the old carpet once it was ripped up. This was not included in the job or the price.

THEY WERE VERY RELIABLE AND YOU CAN DEPEND ON THEM. IF THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO SOMETHING, THEY WILL. THEY DO KEEP THEIR PROMISES. IF THEY TELL YOU ONE THING THEY WILL DO IT.

I NEEDED CARPET IN THE SAME DAY, AND THEY WERE ABLE TO DELIVER IT. THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING. THEY WERE ABLE TO DO IT IN THE SAME DAY.
