They are helping me sell my car. I am planning to get an Audi. I don't want an Acura again. They are fantastic cars. They were pretty bad with getting a hold of. They're going through construction so it's a bit of a mess there now. I think once the construction is done and it's larger it'll be a lot easier. It's been hard in the past six months but it's getting better now.

I use Curry Acura in Scarsdale. I was there sometime in December. They could be a little more expensive. Everyone is very courteous. I would recommend them to friends and family.

My experience overall has went excellent. I have been using them since 2008. The staff is very professional and highly knowledgeable in their field. The pricing is reasonable. I would recommend this company to others.

Went OK- Struts were replaced 2nd time after being replaced less than a hear earlier - were found to be defective. On the plus side, they were able to get Acura to cover the cost of the parts and a good part of the labor on the struts which had been replaced due to a recall.
The price of the wheel bearing and associated labor was high- not all Curry's fault because Acura requires you replace the entire hub when the bearings go as opposed to pressing in new bearings.
We still have an issue with some noise in the front end and need to bring the car back.
Overall, our service rep was responsive and pleasant to deal with and I'm sure the problem will be resolved but finding the time to make arrangements is difficult and inconvenient.

As alway Curry Acura delivered. We purchased a plan three years ago which entitled us to free oil changes. We got our oil changed and received a loaner vehicle for the day at no extra charge. In addition, our vehicle was given a car wash at no additional cost. The plan was well, well worth the original cost. Additionally, the recall item, although minor, was fixed. Everything was done in a professional and timely fashion.

They took me right away at my appointed time. My ride seems to be a bit softer. Because my car is less than a year old and low milage, I expected and received minium service. The oil change was free. The exterior of my car had spots after the wash, but my service rep came outside and removed the tree sap and spots that were left. The service was EXECELLENT.

After the service manager continued to scream in a rage in my face I asked for my car to be returned and brought it somewhere else.

Both my husband and I were in the market for a new car at the same time. After extensive research we decided that we each wanted an Acura RDX. We decided to purchase 1 and lease the other. Our salesman, Charlie, was awesome and an absolute pleasure to work with. When it came time to sign all the paperwork and make our deposits we were then handled by Dimitri. He is AWEFUL!!!! He was unable to handle the fact that we had 2 separate orders. He kept confusing dollar amounts. When it came time to pick up my car, he suddenly tried to change the price of my car, of course to a higher amount. When I showed him the paperwork he was trying to say there were other fees that needed to be paid. Of course we were going to walk away from the deal until the General Manager and owner came in to fix it and give us the price we were quoted. A week later Dimitri called to tell me he made a mistake and forgot to collect my first month's payment, the dealership was making the payment for me (it was due the day after we picked up the car) so that my credit would not be affected, but I needed to come in today and make my payment. I told them that was impossible, as I live a half hour away, I already had commitments that would not allow me to get there until the weekend. He called everyday looking for me to come in and I explained EVERYDAY I would be there at 10am on Saturday. On Saturday at 10am I pull up to the dealership to make my payment and Dimitri is no where to be found. I had to wait 15 minutes before he came to the showroom. When i went into his office he acted like it was my fault that he did not tell me my first payment would be due the day after I picked up my car. I was glad that I would not have to deal with him anymore. But then my husband's lease was coming to an end. The dealership was calling twice a week asking for us to make an appointment to come in and talk about a new car. We finally made an appointment after two weeks of this for the following Saturday. When we got there, at our appointment time, all the salespeople were in a sales meeting and we had to wait for 20 minutes. Why did they have us make an appointment if they were unavailable at that time? We finally met with someone and my husband told him what he wanted, they did not have that model it would need to be ordered, then they say we owe 2 more payments and we can not receive any credit for the 5,000 miles under the allotment that his car was. They also were not willing to negotiate at all- this is the 3rd RDX we were planning on getting from Curry in 3 years. At that time we went to another Acura dealership, we only had 1 payment left, and they took our RDX we were turning in and gave us a courtesy car for the weekend. We picked up a new RDX on Monday, and for 2,000 less than the price quoted at Curry! Overall Curry was a huge disapointment. We HIGHLY recommend the other Acura dealership in Westchester. (I am not sure if I can call them by name here- but I am sure you can figure out who we like in Larchmont.)
