The problem was fixed. The person who came was friendly and knowledgeable. Replacement of two air valves. Took 15 minutes. Charged me a fortune. Came 1.5 hours late. The owner has no cell phone, just a landline. Cannot communicate via cell phone text. Could not pay cash at sight. Invoice was mailed to me and the only mode of payment was via check by mail. So many other plumbers out there. Not choosing this one again.

They had to come out twice. I don't really know about the price for the parts and the labor. I didn't really compare it; I just needed to get it done. We haven't had any problems so far, but it's the summer. I would use them if I needed any plumbing work.

Very good service. Identified the problem easily, and fixed it quickly, cleaning only the tube clogged. The year before, a previous company replaced the floater all together, add a 100% markup on the $250 and worked slowly for 2 1/4hr charging me 3hr. C&F plumbing sent me the bill a few days later, and I was pleased to see they prorated their hourly rate. They also changed a purging faucet for a few bucks. I finally found an honest plumber! Work performed to my great satisfaction and my boiler has been working great since then (2016-17 winter). Highly recommended

Bathtub was fixed. Plumber came back second time to fix toilet, which continues to run. While he was in bathroom, he knocked the toilet paper holder out of the wall and tore the sheet rock. He did not offer to fix the wall and indicated that he knew nothing about carpentry. When I called the company, they agreed to send the same plumber back to fix the wall. I set up an appointment, but had to cancel it. I then decided that I did not want to compound the problem by having a plumber do a job that was outside his area of expertise. Very disappointing experience.

I called C&F plumbing and John came out about one hour later to look at the problem.

The repair work was carried out the next day. Overall, I was very happy with the responsiveness and professionalism of the company.

During the initial inspection of the job, I was told it would probably cost $350 to $500. This was less than the final cost of $664.50 and therefore I marked price as a B. I have no idea what another plumber would have charged for the repair.

He came out immediately, on a very busy day, and fit me in, around my schedule. Saw both problems immediately, which were very different than my self diagnosis.Was very honest and fixed both properly rather than doing what I thought was wrong which would have cost me a lot more money to fix. He was in and out in no time, cleaned up afterward so that you wouldn't have known that anyone was ever there. I highly recommend C & F  Plumbing, especially for their honesty and low price. I wish I could give give them an A Plus rather than just an A.

They have always been very helpful -- did a good job, didn't charge me for unnecessary things, gave good advice about the quality of brands of toilets etc. Honest and professional.

I like C and F Plumbing and Heating Corp. They're pretty good. I like Gilbert, he's very nice and he's conscientious. They seem reasonable, I didn't feel like I have to go ask for another quote.

The were honest at the beginning by stating that they were unable to fix the well. They did provide a good recommendation to another company that they said they trusted which turned out great.

I've used Cand F for years. They are fantastic. They always come on time, do great quality work, and are superb in emergencies. They came the day before new year's eve at a moments notice to fix something that another company broke. They are great!

The employee was professional, well organized and courteous.
