I was charged $122 for "customer instruction" and dishwasher did not function shortly after leaving. My housekeeper was home during repair. I called a very abrupt and rude manager to inform him I would not pay for instructions. He said my housekeeper requested to be shown how to "program" the dishwasher and the charge was high because It took a half hour because she didn't speak English".
