Came home from a vacation on a Saturday evening to find my cesspool full. My now-former cesspool company I used was unable to come such short notice and would not come at all the next day on a Sunday. Absolutely love Joe/Honest Cesspool as a person who doesn’t deal well with anything to do with plumbing/water/sewer line backups etc..Joe/Honest Cesspool was quick to get to our house..assess the situation…helped me to know about the sewer lines that wrap around my house instead of a vent in the front of the house and also more importantly cleared the line and had everything back in correct working order within 30-45 minutes. I was also advised that baby wipes..dude wipes…etc are NOT FLUSHABLE…and my general rule of 4 sheets of Scott toilet tissue only was a good rule to abide by…I would recommend very highly to any of my friends should they need the services of Honest Cesspool in the future….Thanks Much Again

I am a first time home buyer and honestly don't have knowledge pertaining to certain aspects of home ownership. I had a huge issue in the last few months with toilets not flushing and water overflowing from my pipes in my basement. Called Honest Cesspool to find out that I live in an area that uses Cesspools (which i didn't know). They arrived quickly and were able to quickly locate where my cesspool was located and opened it. I was shocked how backed up it was. Joe assured me that my issues were caused by this backup and said he would not only clean it out, but he would also use a special machine to hydrojet all the debris (like a power wash which i know many companies don't do) and also use a special chemical to break down whatever needed to be broken down. After the job was completed, all my toilets were up and running and no more basement overflows. I've spent hundreds on a plumber prior to using this company just to be told false information. Honest cesspool got rid of my headache and at a VERY good price. I will be only using Joe and Honest Cesspool moving forward. Thank You

Awesome! Joe was polite and informative letting us know exactly what needed to be done. We actually pinpointed what we thought was the septic only to have it be another cess pool which was jetted and all is good now. Joe was obviously a lot smarter than cousin Eddie and now the s****** is not full! Thanks Joe and I would honestly recommend Honest for any jobs! Happy New Year

I am so happy we called Joe from honest cesspool ! We had a clog and our tank started backing up in our yard. The other company we called wasn’t able to come until the next day .
