The team arrived the same day, within confirmed timeframe, on a Sunday. Quickly determined the issue and performed the service to resolve. They were pleasure to work with, explained everything and advised on how to avoid problems in the future.

I am a first time home buyer and honestly don't have knowledge pertaining to certain aspects of home ownership. I had a huge issue in the last few months with toilets not flushing and water overflowing from my pipes in my basement. Called Honest Cesspool to find out that I live in an area that uses Cesspools (which i didn't know). They arrived quickly and were able to quickly locate where my cesspool was located and opened it. I was shocked how backed up it was. Joe assured me that my issues were caused by this backup and said he would not only clean it out, but he would also use a special machine to hydrojet all the debris (like a power wash which i know many companies don't do) and also use a special chemical to break down whatever needed to be broken down. After the job was completed, all my toilets were up and running and no more basement overflows. I've spent hundreds on a plumber prior to using this company just to be told false information. Honest cesspool got rid of my headache and at a VERY good price. I will be only using Joe and Honest Cesspool moving forward. Thank You

Awesome! Joe was polite and informative letting us know exactly what needed to be done. We actually pinpointed what we thought was the septic only to have it be another cess pool which was jetted and all is good now. I am so happy we called Joe from honest cesspool ! We had a clog and our tank started backing up in our yard. The other company we called wasn’t able to come until the next day . I called Joe they were here in 45 mins. Troy and Mike were friendly , knowledgeable, and HONEST. They were out in about an hour with the problem fixed. From start to finish, Honest Cesspools exceeded our expectations! We were faced with an emergency situation when water was spraying from a pipe and filling our basement. Joe came over immediately to help us identify the problem and how we could best remedy. I was impressed with how quickly he was able to determine that the leak was caused from a blockage in our main line. With the help of Troy, they were able to access the location of the blockage without any damage to neighboring pipes and remove the blockage completely. They were beyond courteous and very knowledgeable. We are new to septic systems (our previous home had a sewer system) and they took the time to educate us on how our system was set up and where on our property parts of the system were located. They informed us on what to expect with maintenance in the future, as well. Their price was fair and their work truly exceeded our expectations. We feel so relieved to have found a company that we know we can call in the future, should we have any septic and/or plumbing issues. I highly recommend Honest Cesspools.
