Tom was on time and did the best he could to locate the problem which may have been a poor ground connection. While he was on the roof he clean out my down spouts, something he didn't have to do. His company will be my Electrician going forward.

It went exceptionally well. Not only were they both professional, courteous and efficient, they attached all the crystals to one fixture. They left my home exactly as they found it. I highly recommend this company.

Called T.F.C.Electric in the late afternoon and made an appointment for the next day. Tommy and his apprentice Chris arrived as scheduled. They methodically checked the electric panel and breakers and then all the switches & outlets in the effected area. Found/repaired the break in the wiring in an outlet. They also replaced some "iffy" boxes, outlets and plates. They were great! Wouldn't hesitate to call them again with electrical problems.

Terrific! Tommy arrived on time and gave an estimate to install the outlet. He was a competent and efficient electrician. It was a pleasure to have him in my home.

Theresa will work with your schedule and be helpful in answering your questions. also email you a quote for services They will also give you a day and window of time, with a phone call prior to arriving if needed. Tom and his crew are extremely knowledgeable and respectful of your home. I have had Tom the owner work in my home as well as his crew when he is on another job. They are PROFESSIONAL and do the job right the first time, no worries when they do your project. Their pricing is very fair, they clean up and explain what the project entailed when finished. I feel very confident and happy I have an electrical contractor I can count on when needed.

Called T.F.C. at 9 AM Sunday morning and the job was completed by 11:30 AM. T.F.C. is a 24 hour emergency service company. Thomas is certainly a credit to his trade. He was professional and a pleasure to deal with. We are pleased with the job done and will not hesitate to use T.F.C.'s services again. We asked for a price for another job and will be calling them within the next few weeks. We will be recommending T.L.C. to our family and friends. Thank you for a job well done.

We are first time home owners and our new home came with its fair share of problems. TFC was able to address our issues and help resolve our immediate needs. Phenomenal work and service. Job went fast, very courteous, professional and seamless. Lead to and follow ups were immediate and precise. Tom and his team showed up on time and got right to it. Inspections were scheduled right away and handled by TFC (something I hadn't even thought about or found offered by other companies.) I added some last minute items (to redo and reconnect some old existing outdoor wiring) day of and these were handled right away and at a fair price. They even took it one step further and added an additional GCI in consideration of any future extensions to outdoor lighting AND a timer control inside house, Perfect! Although it wasnt discussed at bidding Tom offered to cut the hole for a new dryer vent in basement and installed the new vent and attached it to some flexible ducting to later hook up my dryer to (we were still waiting on plumber to provide the washer hookup on a stackable unit,) . . . I feel extremely encouraged now to have a go to electrician for my new homes future needs. Great job guys, thanks so much!

Upon arriving, Tommy gave me a call when he was on his way, like he said he would do. I was running a little late but Tommy said not to rush he would wait for me to get home, which I appreciated. Once I arrived, Tommy got right to work troubleshooting a problem with my ceiling fan in my bedroom. Once done, he even offered to put the fins to the fan that I had removed a few weeks ago. He didn't have to but he did. He quickly turned his attention to the light on the deck that had not been working as well as the the two GFI outlets that had to be added. Tommy was able to multi-task a few different problems at a time, while being very polite and informative throughout the whole process. Even when it seemed all work had been completed, I asked him if he had time, if he could put a light fixture up for me and once again Tommy was very accommodating, despite being at my house already for more than 2 hours. All work was done very neatly and efficiently. All problems were resolved in a timely manner. I have another light fixture as well as another GFI outlet and a garage light in need of Tommy's help in the future. I've already made an appointment next Saturday with TFC Electric again due to the peace of mine knowing I'm getting skilled worked done for a fair price. I would recommend anyone in need of electrician's services to call Tommy and TFC, they truly are good people and do great work!

Tom provided a fair estimate of work and costs, making some wonderful suggestions and choices. Tom and the crew showed up on time and was very professional, efficient, and effective. The materials were top grade, the latest models, installed cleanly and precisely. In addition to fixing a water leak(!) into what turned out to be a not-to-code panel, corrected a number of issues with rooms that previously had circuit-blowing problems. The service panel has an integral manual transfer switch since the generator is not permanently connected. I expected to have to run a generator power cable to the front of the house where the service enters, but Tom provided a cable out of sight that exits at a weather-proof connector on the back of the house with a short run of his custom-made cable to the garage and cover for the generator (yeah only run with the garage door wide open or outside). It was amazing cranking on that generator and the whole house lit up! Anybody wanna buy a bunch of extension cords?? Not the cheapest on the block, but if you want professional work, that looks and acts that way, well worth it. (And with electrical you WANT professional.) Dude's got a customer for life!

From the beginning to the end, Thomas and his crew were great. Even when I made suggestions, they told me how to do it better. Love that. And they were polite and professional through out. Really, I think he's one of the best service providers I have ever seen.

Another really excellent professional job by TFC. Responded the same day. Unit was tested, works perfectly and Tommy explained exactly how to modify any settings if necessary. Could not be more satisfied.

I was very impressed. This gentleman and his helper were great. I had very little information to give them about a complicated lighting arrangement outdoors, because I "inherited" the problems when I bought the house. Mr. Casazza identified all the problems and located the sources. He and his helper were here for quite some time and fixed every problem. I had some additional work that has been pending for a while, but which I avoided because I was unsure whom to hire. Now I know - and I am arranging for him to return to do the additional job.
