SPRINKLERS SPRINKLERS SPRINKLERS

I have used Sprinklers Sprinklers Sprinklers for 12 years, since they installed my sprinkler system. I am amazed that in all those years the only problem I have had has been one broken sprinkler head. When I called office, they sent the crew over, and they repaired the sprinkler head and turned on the system, problem fixed! I was surprised to see such a negative review as my system has performed flawlessly, and the service has been excellent.

We were having landscape work done by another company and needed sprinkler work done in conjunciton with the ground work. The landscaping company wanted to bring in their own company because they are supposed to work in tandem. This was a lie. We should never have listened to the landscape company. When they arrived four hours late for the job, I should have refused to let them work. I had to let them into the garage because the sprinkler panel was in there, never did I think I needed to watch them that they would steal my husband's tools. The work performed was awfule and dangerous. They left exposed electrial wiring. This is not good when working with water. The sprinkler hoses were barely buried underneath the ground and literally came out of the ground a two days later. We were told we were getting a seperate zone. We did not get a new zone, they just tapped off an existing line. We never had water hammer issues and as soon they left, everytime the sprinklers went on you would hear a big boom. We had to get our regular sprinkler company in to do repairs. We were so infuriated, we never wanted to see or hear from them again, that is why we didn't bring them back to fix their initial screw ups. My husband tools were easily replaced (hammer, a couple of screw drivers and drill bits), but we felt so violated. Don't use these guys!!!!!!

SPRINKLER, SPRINKLER, SPRINKLER, IS A COMPANY THAT COMES ON TIME. THE COMPANY IS THOROUGH. THEIR PRICES ARE FAIR. THEY TREAT THE CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT.
