A plumbing sub-contractor had installed new hardware and controls in my shower. When I complained that the controls were working backwards (hot and cold reversed) he refused to correct the problem, claiming that there was nothing wrong. I finally gave up and called Rich from Free Plumbing. He arrived when he said he would, listened patiently to my explanation, and it took him approximately 3 minutes to turn a little switch and correct the problem. Ordinarily it would have cost me $125 for a service call, but he refused to take anything, wished me a good day, and left.
