Last year, Kieran and his team replaced our roof, windows, and siding. I got 5 quotes for the roof before being introduced to ESP, and they were almost 50% more affordable compared to some of the other quotes I received. The team was very efficient and did a beautiful job – our home looks brand new. I'm working with ESP again now to renovate our garage, kitchen, and main bathroom. They're great to work with, do quality and efficient work, and are completely transparent and fair with pricing. Highly recommend.

Great job, Dennis the sales guy came at the scheduled appt time, took measures and gave job quote. Very professional and polite. Crew arrived on time, did a great professional job. Excellent staging of materials, superb clean up. Not one nail found after job completed.

In March of 2010 Dennis and his workers at ESP installed a new roof on our house. By the fall of this year there was a leak. We called and asked if he would come and repair the work, which according to his company receipt was under warrantee. Not only would he not honor the warrantee, he wouldn't even discuss it with us. All we got was a voice mail stating the cost of repair. We had no opportunity to state our argument or case. No further response to our calls or emails. The quality of his flashing was so **** poor that it rotted out the whole fascia on the side of the house. If you want a twenty-five year roof that only lasts eight, Dennis is your man. Needless to say, we've hired someone else to do the repair.

From the written estimate by Dennis, and organization of the work by Kieran, we could not be more satisfied. Shaun, Joe, Brian, Pedro and his crew, Julio and his crew, the men who installed the new gutters were all skilled at their work. We have a house we can be proud of thanks to this company. Every house is a different size and has different requirements, so we are not listing a price but I will say, it was honest with no surprises added to the cost.

I was surprised that their price was right in the ballpark with another contractor that works pretty much alone or in a small crew.  They sent a big crew that was on time and the roof was done in a day.  No debris laying around afterwards, like no one was ever there.

It went well. They were neat. They finished in one day. They were about $2000 less than everyone else. They were easy to get a hold of.

.The roof appeared to be ok, however while installing the vinyl siding they damaged the flashing on one of the dog houses and during the first rain, I had a major leak in my living room. The rain was coming in so fast I was filling 5 gallon buckets until the rain stopped. I was able to move the furniture but it ruined my living room ceiling. I called ESP Construction and they came and did a repair and said they would pay for the ceiling. During the next rain I found out that repair did not work and it water was still leakinginto my living room. After many many phone calls, ESP Construction never came back to repair the leak or ceiling and also stopped answering my calls. I would like to note that there were no leaks prior to this work. I had to get another roofer to fix the leak at a cost of $1000 and a sheetrock/spackler to reair the ceiling at a cost of $1700. Because of ESP Construction's poor workmanship and not backing their work, I was forced to spend an aditional $2700 to repair their mistakes and poor quality work.

The work was done in one day, plus a couple of hours the next day for the leaders, gutters, etc. Several men performed the work in an extremely professional and friendly manner. The owners showed up several times to oversee the project. All debris was completely cleaned up around the property and hauled away. They were very careful not to cause damage to my home or garden. We had gotten several estimates, so we knew what we wanted in a new roof - much different than the last one we purchased several years ago. I would definitely use them again for any work that needs to be done!
