Shoe Repair
Brought in a pair of womens shoes because I needed a replacement little rubber/plastic piece on one heel. Brought the pair so they could both be done, my fault for not looking at ticket that had $14 on it till pick up because I would have questioned and not have repaired as they are not expensive shoes (maybe only $35 two years ago). On way to pick up took out ticket and thought he was replacing heels for that price. Went in and asked if he replaced heels and he said yes. After looking closely on way home noticed that the heels had NOT been changed (there we scratches on one that were there before). So while the shoes were done when promised and they did look nice all polished and I am partly to blame for not communicating well enough, I can not recommend Dr. John's Shoe Repair and would never return.
