Tom Kaminski is great. We've had him perform inspections on two homes for us. He does a very thorough inspection and recommends more detailed inspections of anything he's not a specialist in (like electric or chimney). He provided us with 33 page report detailing everything in the home we are looking to purchase. Highly recommended.
