They tried to repair one day but replacing the heating element didn't work. Next day asked if I wanted to replace other items or whole unit. I said whole unit. They made a price adjustment for some of what I paid previous day.

Tried to repair. Too expensive so replaced and they deducted part of what I already paid. They are professional and so polite. I highly recommend them.

Good at first then plumbing parts began to wear out much too early. Tried to get them back but they refused responsibility. New plumber said quality of work was poor and parts used were cheap. Paid over $1700 to fix and hopefully thats the end of it. Noticed that commode seat and tanks didn't exactly match either. they admitted that the two guys who did most of the work they essentially let go but they still would not help me.

Good at first but as time went on things started to need replacement. Slightly different color on toilet bowl and tank.Wrong drainpipe, cheap parts etc. New plumber had to replace some parts that failed and should have lasted years. note this plumber is a 9-5 operation 6 days a week. If you have an emergency call someone else. not the best at returning calls either.

It was just the charge they have for coming out. They did it the way they were suppose to with no problems. They were professional. They had open communication.

The plumbers were very young men. One was completely inexperienced. They came after the very cold night in Feb. They were busy due to pipes freezing. THEY HAD A VERY BAD ADITUDE LIKE THEY WERE DOING US A HUGE FAVOR. THE BOY TOOK PLEASURE IN CUTTING OUR DRYWALL IN SUCH A MANOR THAT REPAIR WILL BE DIFFICULT IN ONE LOCATION UNDER CABINET. THEY MOVED OUT OF LAUNDRY ROOM TO KITCHEN. THE ONE BOY REMAINED IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM. THE PLUMBER KEPT GOING BACK TO LAUNDRY ROOM EVEN THOUGH PROPER OUTLETS WERE AVAILABLE IN KITCHEN. I HAD COVERED   OUR BRAND NEW WASHER/ DRYER SO THEY WOULD NOT GET SCRATCHED. I WATCHED WHILE THE WORK WAS BEING DONE SO I KNOW NO DAMAGE WAS DONE AT THAT TIME. WHEN I WENT BACK TO LAUNDRY ROOM AT THE END, THE BLANKET WAS OFF THE WASHER ON THE FLOOR. THE FRONT STAINLESS STEEL TOP WAS SCRATCHED SO BAD THAT THE PORTION IS NO LONGER SHINY. THEN I TOOK A BLANKET OFF OF MY COUNTER WHICH IS A SEMI SOFT STONE. SOMEONE HAD TAKEN A TOOL AND SCRATCHED THE TOP OF MY BRAND NEW COUNTER, ACTUALLY SCRATCHING GOUGES OUT OF THE EDGE, IT IS A DISGUSTING MESS. I THINK THE BOYS RESENTED ME WATCHING THE WORK BEING DONE. I HAVE HAD DISHONEST PEOPLE COME DO WORK SO I KNOW I HAVE TO WATCH WHAT IS GOING ON.
I REALIZED WHAT THEY WERE DOING IN THE LAUNRY ROOM DAMAGING MY WASHER AND STONE COUNTER, BOTH BRAND NEW. ANHOTHER  GENTLEMAN CAME RUSDHING IN WHEN THE BOY NEEDED HELP. HE TOOK A METAL TOOL AND WAS PUTTING IT UP AGAINST MY NEW FAUCET, CHROME. I SAID PLEASE DON'T SCRATCH MY FAUCET IT DIDN'T MAKE SENSE WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE ACTED LIKE I WAS CRAZY. MY HOME WAS RECENTLY REMODELED SO YOU DON'T WANT THINGS SCRATCHED UP. I WOULD NEVER HAVE THEM RETURN TO MY HOUSE . THE PLUMBER ALSO GOUGED US FOR HEATING ONE LAST PIPE AT THE END. IT TOOK ONE MINUTE TO FIX. THE PLUMBER STATED HE WOULD NOT BRING IN THE HEATING TOOL FOR LESS THAN $300. I THINK THAT IS GOUGING

There were a couple of items that they missed during the installation, but they do respond quickly. Other than a couple of a oversights, the whole house was completed by them.

I discovered the leak on the weekend and called first thing Monday morning. They asked if it was an emergency, I told them I had a second bathroom, so it wasn't an emergency. They came the first thing Tuesday morning. The plumber removed the bowl and replaced the wax ring at a cost of $150.00. A check showed it was still leaking. Thinking it might be something more serious he said he would come back the next day with another plumber who was more experienced with the older pipes I have in my house. They came back first thing the next morning and determined that the metal plate between the floor and the wax ring was not level. When I had the bathroom redone the plate was installed on a slant. They leveled the plate and reinstalled the wax ring for the original price of $150.00, no additional charges. I would hire them again without hesitation for any plumbing work.

One of the hoses from the sink faucet sprung a leak and us taping it just wasn't cutting it, so we bought a new faucet and hose and had it installed. Also only replaced as much pipe under the sink as was needed, tested for leaks and everything works fine.
Mike got to my house about 9:45ish am and out about 1-1/2 hours later. Expected to pay about what was charged.

Replaced two valves on radiators and a 6-foot section of steam pipe. The steam pipe leaked the very next day. I did not want them back since the people that Alan Gross has working for him are unlicensed teens and basically incompetent. I had to hire another plumber to repair the damage Gross did. |Really brazenly incompetent service specializing in ripping people off!

Woke up to no water flowing when attempting to run hot water. Called Alan's plumbing company at 8:30am the morning after the snow storm and they were here within a half hour diagnosing the problem. They relit the water heater pilot light and attached a machine to thaw out the frozen hot water pipe. The crew was friendly and showed a lot of care to my homesinterior which impressed me

service was great and made sure everything worked correctly . Had to come back and make adjustments , they stand by there service.

Very well. Was responsive and truly cared about my needs.

My experience with them has been fine. Whenever I've needed them, they have come and done what I needed. Their prices seemed fair and they were very friendly. They did their job well and I've been very pleased with them. I really don't know about the prices elsewhere.

He was high rated on Angie's list. He was very responsive at the time of the hurricane. He tried to fit me in even though it was the busy time. He fit me in as quickly as he could to fix the gas leak. He came and made sure the problem was taken care of. I discovered the leak on Friday and he tried to get to me on Saturday but came to me on Monday and it was okay. He is a good man. His price is fair. He is honest, fair, responsive and responsible.

My mind was put at ease, I was invisioning all kinds of problems involving what I thought was a leak coming from the upstairs shower. Alan took his time to explain what the water stain probably was from. He also provided information on what type of caulking to use in my shower and tub.

They did an excellent job. I would give them an AAA. The price was very good. They came in a large truck with all of the parts they needed. They did it all within less than two hours. I am so pleased.

Two plumbers came ,knew what the problem was,went into the crawl space. They worked for about an hour and a half. They fixed the problem,explained everything that they did and what the cause of the leak was. Great job. Would hire their company again,for sure.

Allan Gross came and gave us an estimate, hired him on the spot.
Within two days after getting the parts he completed all work as promised.
Great work, great price.

Would hire him again and recommend him to anyone.

I thought their price could have been a little more reasonable. I was impressed with the company. They were good and I will use them again. I think I would recommend them to my friends and family members. I had a similar job done a few years ago. It was done by another company and it looked like they just did it right the first time. My system was not working right and they fixed it, and I haven't had any problems since. There really wasn't much cleanup because it was in the basement. I didn't have anything to complain about.
