Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Was good, until things went bad over the years. Sink fitting was overtightened causing it to crack and leak all over the bathroom (lucky I was home). Dropped something in the laundry sink and when I went to unscrew the P trap I found it was glued together at the slip joint and had to have it cut off and a new one installed. Had the basement finished with a flush up toilet. The pump wouldn't shut off so I went to fix it. It wasn't installed as per instructions, everything was glued together with no accomodations to service it. Bolts used where too long so nuts where placed to "shorten" them Gasket to keep out sewer smell was installed wrong, and vent pipe wasn't even glued together (was pvc primed though). Float switch rod was cut short so float didn't work correctly. Oh, and no valve to close the pipe when servicing it either, nothing like a pipe full of sh** to come down when servicing the kwik jon. Saw a blue mark on the floor and noticed a leaking fitting from the hot water tank line. It was tucked up between a wall and the hvac plenum, could hardly get my hand in there let alone a torch to solder it correctly, I had to have the piping replaced and rerouted. Second floor air conditioning was too small of size for the upstairs. They told me it was low on freon and freon was added each year. I got another AC man and he told me there was no leak, no sign of compressor oil anywhere and pressures where correct for years now.
