Frank arrived on time, work proceeded smoothly. Before I knew it, the job was done. The clean up was excellent, the old water heater was taken away, along with the packing for the new one. The cost was a little higher than I had hoped, but tin the long run, the professionalism was worth it. There was no "oh, I didn't bring one of those, I'll have to go back to the shop." Frank came, did the job, and when he left I had hot water again. I've already asked him to do another job for me.

Both Frank (Dad) and Irv (Son) have worked in my house. They always came when they said they would, worked quickly and cleanly, and explained what they were doing and how I could avoid having to call them again for the same problem in the future. In one case, they gave an estimate for the removal of some unused plumbing equipment and when the time finally came some months later to execute the work, they did it on time and in accordance with the estimate. I recommend them highly. Sometimes they are hard to reach during busy season.
