2 1/2 weeks ago one of my sump pumps started making noise, I called Joe's for the third time. He started berating me falsely claiming I had not paid him once. Finally, he sent his assistant who confirmed I had always paid them in the past. Since then, my calls have not been returned. He was to order a replacement pump and check valves. Now, I must pay someone else to assess my situation again and order a replacement pump. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and the NYS Attorney General to get my money back. Before this, I would have rated the company a 5.

The repair man that came from Joe's, worked very hard to diagnose the problem and figure out the best solution for me. As a result my air conditioner is running and the work done was reasonable. a really good company to know.

Most of the work was performed by Joe's employee who was very courteous and very competent. He completely replaced out inner pipe stem and faucet system in bathroom shower, including cutting through sheet rock etc. The existing system was damaged and not repairable. The work was very clean. Joe specifically replaced hot and cold spigots in the basement connected to washing machine, work being also very competent and clean. Both men provided explanations and guidance that was greatly appreciated. Joe replaced hoses to washing machine and cleaned all water ports giving advise about maintenance. I would recommend this company. Pricing was fair for the time expended. I provided the hardware set and pipe stem for the bathroom.

They took their time and were extremely thorough in trying to find out what was wrong with our toilet. When they found the leak, they explained why it was leaking and how we can prevent it from happening again. Highly recommended!
