First and foremost the job was done professionally from the start. I liked the fact that Joe himself came to give the estimate versus someone else within the company that may not have been able to give me a quote on site. Since the work was being done to our seasonal home 4 1/2 hours away, he was able to accommodate my schedule to meet and go over the job. There is sometimes an uncomfortable feeling you get when dealing with some contractors especially when you can't be there when the work is being done and a question and/or concern arises. I did not have any concerns with Joe or his other workers about getting the job done right the first time, on time and exactly as quoted. Call it a good gut feeling. When I was able to get back to the site, they left the site cleaner than they found it and the work looked great! With the help of Home Advisor this is the second contractor that I have hired and have had great results. I would highly recommend Joe's Plumbing. Good people.

Joe himself returned my original call within a couple of hours, and was on-site to personally check out the situation and give an estimate of costs. Others wanted only to give a rough estimate over the phone. His crew was efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. The job was finished more quickly than expected, and the crew cleaned up nicely before leaving, and even checked out and fixed a minor leak I had in the bathtub drain at no extra cost. The price was a little high, but the level and quality service was as well. My only complaint, and it is not insignificant, is that the 2 holes cut in the wall for the 3" PVC pipe venting were not caulked. I could have probably called them back to do this, but instead bought a can of spray foam and did it myself - a messy, sticky job considering the hard-to-reach location.

Replaced cast-iron sewer pipe inside the dining room wall, going do into the basement. Joe explained in detail. On time, friendly, prompt service, afterwards put everything back in place. Good cleanup. Fair price. Would definitely recommend.

Installed new boiler. Had a problem with the install and the problem was fixed the next day. The problem was not Joe's fault it was a faulty burner unit.

They were very professional and did greatt work. Joe had some realyy good idea.s and we implemented them. We are consodering doing sossme more intersior work and will probably use his services again. I highly recommend him.
