Joe installed a well pump. It gave out 16 months later. He wouldn't return my phone calls. This is unacceptable when running a business. Be aware that he doesn't stand by his work. i wasn't confrontational over the phone but he had no interest in checking to see what the problem was on his install.

Joe did a fantastic job with my bathroom fixtures without any interruption to my daily home activities.

The prompt phone call back after my initial phone call was particularly appreciated.

Joe was prompt in returning and assesing my heating problem. At first, I sent him to assess the gas leak in my rental home. which he reported negative. Then he came to my other home to do another repair. Would definitlely call him again.

I got this plumber from your website. I built a house and had him do all the plumbing ... he charged me over $8500 and have had nothing but problems... He is costing me double this to fix everything, He did nothing right, from the initial well install ( never running the well water before hooking up the water to the house.. causing sediment in my water and in my radiant heat, he installed a pump up toilet in the basement which smells and has never worked right because it was installed incorrectly. He did not glue basic plumbing pipes and venting. The pipes just fall in your hand. When he was here he had a vent pipe fall in his hand and got annoyed. He does not want to come back and fix anything. He will not give me my money back. He also cut into foundation beams to make plumbing install for him. while Jeaporizing the integrity of my house.

We have used Joe for multiple projects over the past 10 years and he never disappoints. He is courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. We recently had our hot water heater breakdown and Joe came right away and replaced it. There were some problems with the unit and he kept coming back until everything is now perfect. He is extremely patient and never loses his cool. It is so refreshing to deal with someone who is dependable and easy to work with.

Had an oil to lp gas conversion. Needed to replace the boiler, existing hot water tank and remove the oil tank. Joe's Plumbing gave a great price, neat work, honest and easy to work with. The materials were high quality and they finished a head of schedule.

Although there was a small problem with the initial repair, Joe responded immediately to our call and fixed the problem. This is not my first review of Joe's Plumbing but they just keep knocking it out of the park. Decided to do pipe replacement on a 60 year old home do to multiple leaks. Wanted to get it done before the cold came, and Joe's did the job on time, under budget, and the quality was second to none. When they found they couldn't turn the water off from the street, they kept moving on the job and did a fantastic job. Joe's was the first called and they have not let me down yet. Thank you Ace and Reg!

Joe responded right away and was on time for the quote and installation. The central AC was done in half a day and he and his partner cleaned up after the work was done. In addition, his cost beat Jeff Lowe's Plumbing and Heating cost by over $2,000 on a comparable unit. AC works great. No complaints.

This outfit is the best! Called through Home Advisor and was transferred to Joe's to tell them what the problem was. They were here within a couple of hours and "Ace" arrived and shook my hand and got to work. Amazing! Didn't try a hard sell and let me know what had to be done and got it done. I tried to change the filter after he left and screwed it up so I called again, and Joe himself came out. The decision was to replace the filter and the estimate was so reasonable installed it was simply a no brainer. I hired them again!! Class Act All the Way!

Joe came with one of his workers to do the job. They were professional and friendly. They completed the job in a timely manner. When they called me for the estimate, they called right after I posted on Home Advisor and came out the same day. I accepted the estimate and the work was done the next day. I would recommend Joes! I have to add that I had a problem yesterday. Joe came right out and fixed the problem. Great customer service.

I found Joe's Plumbing on Home Advisor. I needed an old oil tank removed from my crawl space. The job was done carefully and professionally. Joe saved me money too. While there they also repaired my drain waste system and fixed my low water pressure by replacing old half inch pipe with three quarter inch. I was most impressed by the easy communication, promptness, respect and courtesy of Joe and crew. He is my plumber of choice now. I have lived in my home for 33 years. Finally I have a great, reliable and reasonable plumber!
