Mr. Gentile is extremely professional. Calls are returned promptly and appointments are kept. We had hired another plumber to do the job, but they were fired (see Rice Plumbing). Mr. Gentile quoted us a good price and promised that he would begin work on the day he arrived. He and his associate were on time and began working immediately. They were courteous and respectful of our home. The job was completed precisely when he said it would be done. And here's the wonderful thing. Mr. Gentile noticed that the drain on our jacuzzi was installed upside down. He took care of the problem at no additional charge! We're going to replace our tub/shower with a walk-in, and I wouldn't think of using anyone else. Outstanding work.

He was prompt in returning my call for a free estimate. He thoroughly went over what he would do for me and helped me choose the right fixtures and trim for my bathroom.
