INSPECTIONS FOR HOME, WATER & AIR We perform general home inspections, which include, but are not limited to: exterior, interior, plumbing, electric, and heating/cooling. We also test for radon, interior air quality, water flow and pressure, and have the drinking water tested by a state certified laboratory. All inspections are in compliance with the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics of the State of New York as established on 27 October 2010 pursuant to Article 12 - B of the Real Property
