Tony, the owner, came to look at job to provide an estimate of installing air return ducts. He said he would email me an estimate in a couple days, but I never heard from him again. I left a voicemail and sent an email directly to him, but still didnt not get a response. If not interested in the job, then just say so, dont say will get provide an estimate in a couple days with the intention of never providing an estimate. Thats is unprofessional and makes me wonder about their customer service and quality of work. I will not contact them for any further possible repairs.
