Description of Work: The house I purchased was a short sale which caused a lot of delay and problems. A highly rate home inspector on your list could not help me because the water was turned off so I had to have the water and boiler systems air pressure tested and Chris was recommended to me by a friend. He came on a Sunday morning and checked the water and heating systems said there were no major problems and pointed out a few minor problems that could be easily fixed after purchase. After the closing at the last Friday in June he arrived Tuesday morning to be there when the water was turned on. He checked the heating system and repaired several valves and setting, checked the plumbing for leaks, totally removed and corrected kitchen drain, replaced both faucets in washer area, made sure the shower was working. When he left the plumbing system was in great working order after being dormant for a long time. I will use his services for any future problems and highly recommend him to anyone who asks.
