I hired Matt to install some windows and doors and repair some wood siding. Pricing seemed fair; paid half to get the job started. He had some other big jobs going on and was a little slow to get going on it, but he did get about a third of the work done; quality was fine. It became winter and he asked to finish up in the spring, which made sense. But then he left, didnt clean up the site, blocked my number, never responded to emails/messages, and immediately hung up on me when I got him on a new number. So I have to get someone else to finish the job.

Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms
After one contractor doing poor work, hired Matt to refinish HW floors, install kitchens, install bathrooms, sheetrock and tape, and re-build a small deck for a 3 unit rental property. Very challenging environment as old building in poor condition. Work was done timely, and as the "surprises" appeared, they were handled in a solid and creative way without cutting corners. Second Job: Very talented. Good attention to detail. Custom Cherry shelving & cabinets for fireplace & TV area.
