I used the services of Tom and Teri to (1) Obtain a rental while I relocated to upstate NY and (2) to look for a home to buy.
Tom helped me find a rental that was right for me and my family while we relocated to upstate NY. At the same time he also helped us to look for a new house to buy. Mr. Cranston demonstrated a lot of knowledge, honesty, and integrity during the whole process. Unlike most real estate agents, he seemed to care more about his client getting the best deal rather than making a quick sale. There were a couple of houses that I was interested in. However, Mr. Cranston took the time to explain some of the structural faults and potential long term expenses with the houses that we looked at. He also told me if he thought the seller was asking too much for the houses that we looked at.
He helped us find a good house in a good neighborhood that was within our price range.
