Specialty work includes pet stain/odor, red dye stains, specialized cleaners (including green if desired), tar/grease/ink/paint

a long-time client moved out, we thought sure we'd have to replace all
of the carpets in that suite -- they were filthy and stained. The
carpets would run us over a thousand dollars, so we thought we'd try
cleaning them, but didn't expect that they could be saved.
Tom Grande
came in over the weekend, and we were SHOCKED! The carpets all looked
good as new! It not only saved us money, but it was unbelievably
helpful when we showed the suites to new tenants -- the place sparkled!
Really, it was way beyond our expectations. We are going to have Tom
clean all of the carpets in the building this month.
