My oven never worked right, so I filed a claim which has been ongoing since 2007. I kept calling and never got a resolution. Finally, they came through and I replaced the oven with a General Electrics oven. I will never purchase Kenmore, again.

They give good service and explain what they will do before fixing your car. They always have a lot of coupons available online, which helps save me money. Their prices are reasonable. I would recommend Sears Auto to others in the area.
