Saratoga Builders was incredible to work with. Not only did they do great work, but they were extremely flexible, responsive and didn't look to nickel and dime us on every little piece of work, like some builders do. Everyone from the design team to all the workers (special shout out to Dave who did a lot of the work!) and subcontractors were a pleasure to work with, and their quality of work was fantastic

Saratoga Builders, LLC are a pleasure to work with. Both Sam and Dan are consummate professionals who really know the construction business and their workers. The original builder of this 7 year old home was convicted of a crime and went into foreclosure which apparently affected the work done on this home. Unfortunately the multiple problems went unnoticed by the previous owner which led to 6 years of water problems including full rot under the siding on the chimney. My husband and I discovered the problem just walking around the house admiring our new home two months after moving in. Yes, the problems were missed by the home inspector as well. He refuses to submit the claim to his insurance company.
Dan and his crew came in, evaluated and overhauled the problems with incredible expertise. There was never a time when the work went unchecked along the way and adjusted accordingly. And when they are done everything is cleaned up to the point of not knowing there were workers around for days on end!
Would we use them again or give them a referral, absolutely YES. Thank you for saving the day before the winter sets in!!
