Many errors in design and review. Denied that problems were their responsibility.The Architect passed much of over site to unqualified personnel.  Follow up was very poor. My builder and other subcontractors had to correct  many problems. Cost extra money to correct errors. If I hadn't been very involved in the project the result would have suffered. Framing issue Window were not reviewed prior to order resulting in several incorrect sizes. The architect did not include schematics for air condition venting which neccessitated many soffits and dropped ceiling being added to the plans .I had specific design criteria which the architect did include n his ideas. Architect did not include appropriate plans for eyebrow window or portico . Framer had to spend much time to developing this himself.
