MR HANDYMAN OF SARATOGA

It was a fiasco from beginning to end. Every day a different workman arrived. None of them knew what the other person was doing. I needed my front door replaced and they advised me on one. When it came time for them to pick up the door, they were told it was discontinued. I feel the salesman should have been aware of the products he was offering me. The entire job was suppose to take a week. Instead it dragged out for over two weeks. They were totally disorganized. They did not remediate the mold in my attic properly and now I have to pay $1,800 more to have it remediated properly by someone else. To put it bluntly, I was taken for a ride by this company.

I had 5 #'s of handyman to call and he was the only one who answered the phone. I got a call of confirmation before he showed up for the job and another call when he was on the way. He did a great job and I am having him back again to complete a previously poorly done job. He is also coming back to do a floor job. He was here for 3 hours. They even called afterwards to see if I was satisfied with the work he did.

He was running a little late when he came one time, but was so nice to call and let me know. I thought that was very respectful and professional. He did a good job and I would recommend him to other people because he is precise and accurate. The price was reasonable as well.

IT TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BUT THERE WAS PROBABLY NOTHING THAT COULD HAVE BEEN DONE DIFFERENTLY. THEY ARE NEAT, CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL. THE WORK LOOKED THE WAY IT WAS SUPPOSED TO WHEN IT WAS DONE.
