Eric was quick to respond initially and even came out the next day to diagnose the problem. But the follow through was terrible. I spoke with Eric a couple days after he came out to see when he would be back, and he said he would be out that night. He never showed and we didn’t hear from him for almost a week. Once he did reach out he said he had to move over the weekend which is why he didn’t reach out, but there was no curtesy call or text letting us know he’d be unavailable for a few days. When I asked if he could still complete the project he said yes and I then asked when he would be available and have not received a response. Eric did disclose that this is not his primary job, which we were understanding about. But the lack of communication has been extremely frustrating. We have hired someone else to actually fix our leak that has now been leaking into a bucket for almost two weeks.

Our house humidity was between 17-25 in the winter and we suffered from dry sinuses, static electricity and drying wood floors. Eric installed a new AprilAir whole house humidifier that I had purchased on-line with his recommendation. The work was completed on time and I was impressed with Eric's knowledge, attention to detail, and quality of work at a fair price. Eric is also a Veteran. Thank you for your service!

I hired Kenyon AP to do an install of a high efficiency wood furnace in parallel to my existing LP unit. Eric did the full install, including fabricating a custom plenum to mate it to my existing ducting. He came back to revise some of the work at no charge, and did a very thorough job. He was quick, responsive, professional, and accommodating. He's also a wizard with sheet metal, and a great guy to just talk to. Very personable. He takes his work seriously, he's honest, and he will see the job through until the work meets his standards. Eric shows a commitment to quality work that is honestly pretty rare in contractors, in my experience. I plan to hire him again for any HVAC needs!
