I set everything up and the receiver wasn't working, I figured out that it was the remote. I called them and said that there was no guarantee that it would work because I bought it off the shelf. They said that they couldn't replace it. Come to find out that they had given me the wrong remote. Before we figured it out, they were telling me they had to send it out to have it worked on. They did not try to troubleshoot to fix the problem.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM. THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY HAD TO DO AND THEY DID IT. THE PRICE COULD ALWAYS BE BETTER BUT OURS WAS UNDER WARRANTY SO IT WAS FINE.
