It was the second time I had used them. They were very prompt. Their prices were very reasonable and the work was done quickly and efficiently.

They are great. They are very knowledgable, helpful and responsive.

They have done just about everything from drain cleaning, to installing and repairing new faucets and pipes or installing new drains. They have also run new service from my house to the street. They are reliable and they are very capable. I think their prices were outrageously expensive, but if I called Benacchio or anywhere else, they would still charge me around the same price, like ninety dollars an hour, but on a comprisable basis they are fine.

I have bills showing that they repaired the same job they did within 6 months.  When I pointed this out they said they would look into it. I am still waiting. They are awful.

It cost us over $500 just to fix a leaky faucet. It was easy to get to the plumbing so it should not have been nearly that much money. The kid that came out the second time didn't even have what he needed and he charged us the money for the time he had to look for what he needed. They were very rude to my husband when he called to talk to their owner. We still have not received a phone call back from the owner.
