FASHION FLOORS OF SARATOGA

The company does not know the products that they sell. They sold us vinyl flooring by Beauflor but didn't know that the product should be glued to the subfloor. They finally sent another installer to our home a few months later, but the installer didn't want to rip up the old floor to glue down a new one, so he walked off the job. After months of getting no where with the owners, the Mounds, we took the business to Town of Wilton small claims court. Even though one of the company's employees, Charlie, admitted in court that they "just learned" that the flooring should be glued, the "judge" sided with this business [located in Wilton] and we had to pay the remaining money owed. Throughout this entire process the company never paid the original installer, and they never informed him that we had paid our bill. We know this because the installer came up to us in Home Depot and started yelling at us that we got a "free floor" and he never got paid. He was yelling "shame on you" at us in the store. This business isn't worth anyone's time!
