+ -1 moreThe store owner was inflexible on the policy and would not offer any refund. When we asked why this was, he was unfriendly and even threatened to kick us out of the store (physically). This kind of attitude (on the owner's part -- the other clerks seemed nice) was just unnecessary. I will not be going back.
Description of Work: My son bought a gift for someone here but it turned out to be unneeded. The receipt said that there are no returns on items, but we went back on the same day (the item was unused) to see if they would understand -- my son could not use the store credit, as he is an out of state student.
