The pre-sale set up and sale went well however after the sale was over, communications from Colleen were almost non-existant. The time frame to get our portion of the sale came and went without us getting a check. My husband continually tried to contact her by phone and text asking when she expected to be able to give us our money. She said she had been on vacation, then she said that some of the checks she had received "bounced" and she was straightening these out.
A month later, She finally sent us a check which was written on an account with insufficient funds. We called her and she said she had just moved and someone had "stolen" some money from her and she was going to go to the bank to get a loan. We finally had to insist that she give us cash or a certified check which we did get 7 weeks after the sale.
Prior to getting the money, we were prepared to file a police report and take any legal action that would have been necessary.
We would NEVER use this company again, nor would we recommend her to anyone.
