The first time we used this company, they were very professional and we were pleased with the quality of their work. Their pricing is on the high side, but they are prompt, professional, and leave the place cleaner than when they came. They said their estimate was on the higher side because they were including an allowance for potential problems not knowing what they would find when they removed the old facings ($4,500). Fortunately, there was no additional damage found and we thought the project would come in on or under budget. The final bill was 30% over the estimate. After repeated calls, we were told the paint and door costs were higher than they had estimated. This company included "allowances" on the estimate and then added another 30% to the final bill without an explanation. They refused to meet the original estimate. Although they provide quality work, I am not able to recommend a company that cannot provide accurate estimates nor communicate there will be additional charges until after the job is done.
