This is the second time we've used Tom and his crew and we were extremely pleased with their service. They were prompt and got right to work. The whole job took about 1.5 hours. Tom and his crew are extremely professional and take pride in their work. You will not be disappointed.

We had used Always Perfect to clean the windows in our home in March and were very pleased with the work they did. This time we hired them to repair/replace some split boards on our two decks and walkways. We also had them power wash, stain the decks and walkways and replace and paint some wood around the garage door. They also replaced the landing in front of the gazebo with new wood. Tom and his team of Josh and Timmy were fantastic. They arrived on time, did what they said they would do (plus more), and left the worksite clean. When the job was finished our 20+ year old decks looked like they were brand new. I would definitely hire them again. They are reliable, conscientious and do A+ work.

Tom and crew were great! They arrived on time, clearly explained their process and worked as a precision team to remove and clean screens, windows and sills. They were all professional and friendly at all times and were attentive to keeping the house protected while they worked. I will defintely be calling them again for an annual cleaning!!

Arrived before scheduled time with a crew of four. They worked fast, and efficiently. They were careful moving furniture and were neat.  High transoms were no problem. Very pleased with workmanship.

We are a law firm in downtown Albany with 4 floors.  We have been using Always Perfect since 2009.  They are always professional and courteous and they do a wonderful job.  Some of the attorneys have even used them at their personal residence.  I would highly recommend them.

One piece of siding came off the back which was tacked back up and in the front of the home, a small piece siding that is under the roof blew off and had been hanging down.  The rep denied it was done by them and I was disappointed in the response.  While they tacked it back up, the piece still needs to be secured by a nail that had been there and I will need to fix that piece.
My driveway that was sealed a week ago now shows some of the sealant has dissipated due to the soap and chemicals used and three small chucks of the pavement near the home was discovered as the result of the power washing.
The washing of the home resulted in my home being cleaned and I am appreciative of that, but the damage (especially my driveway) has led to the disappointment.  The rep didn't even wish to fix the last piece that was hanging down but I explained I would like them to address it; it should have been taken care of the moment they saw the piece hanging down
and they shouldn't have denied it was due to the power washing.  Also, they ran out of gas and was asking if we had a can of gas to finish the job.  Awkward to say the least.

I had solicited 3 estimates of local contractors.  Always Perfect was one of the few contractors that would also do painting and was willing to take down Pella windows that are double paned with the blinds in between for $6.00 a piece to clean them.
 Tom came as the third contrator to my home to give an estimate. He was not the lowest bid but explained what process and chemicals he would use to clean a hard deposit that had accumulated on my windows and looked at the open staircase and the large Mirror that needed cleaning, and the badly stained  and worn Vellux wood moulding and said they could manage that.
     My project was scheduled within 10 days.  Tom and his crew of 3 arrived on time, surveyed the house and what needed to be done and delagated tasks. The crew has been together a number of years and were a well coordinated team.  I enjoyed the comraderie between them.
      The painter was skilled and extremely neat, he had new sneakers on and did not get any paint on him or my floor.  My 20 year old Vellux windows after cleaning and painting look new again.  My sunroom is surrounded by 6 foot shrubs and perrenial flowers that are 4-6 ft. tall and close to the sunroom.  Tom used a pulse sprayer to clean the glass on the Sunroom so as not to destroy my plantings. Always Perfect is well equiped with trucks and equipment to handle many diverse types of work.
      I am delighted with the work that was accomplished and the professionalism and diversity of the company. I have already asked them to reseal my stamped concrete driveway which is part of the scope of tasks they entail.

I would highly recommend Always Perfect.  We plan on using them every year.  They did a fantastic job.  Our windows look great.  The guys were very professional and great to work with.  We will recommend them to all of our friends.

Tom's crew was punctual and exceptionally professional. We have a number of large and transom windows throughout the house. They cleaned all of the windows and screens within a couple hours. This was the second time we used this company and have been very happy with the results on both occasions. Fantastic customer service and value.

The estimate was very easy and done quickly.  Once I decided to go with Always Perfect, they called to schedule the date of service.  The workers showed up on time and got right to work.  Our house had been vacant for a large number of years so our windows and screens needed a lot of attention.  They did a great job with the windows, sills and screens and even helped us with a few other small items.  I would definitely recommend their work.
