About us

What began back in 1959 as a small retail pool company, today, is the Northeast’s oldest and largest privately owned manufacturer of high quality galvanized steel inground pool kits. In addition, we manufacture one-piece thermoplastic steps, and vinyl liners for inground pools and above ground pools. The main plant of Imperial Pools Pool Company, located in Latham, NY is a 150,000 square foot multi-faceted facility. It houses our corporate offices and showroom; manufacturing sectors – steel, vinyl and steps, and a large distribution center. Saratoga Spa Company, an Imperial Pools division, is also headquartered there with its manufacturing department and corporate offices.

As I said in the above caption it went very well our entire backyard was transformed we had a few questions on the new concrete pool decking and it was resolved with both parties being pleased you couldn't ask for a better contractor to work on your house or property. We had called several other companies in addition to Albany Pool Rebuilders. Only one other company called us but never showed up as they had promised. Albany Pool Rebuilders called back and came as promised. They did not try to have us do work we did not need.

My initial call was returned within 24 hours. We scheduled an appointment and company arrived, gave an estimate and completed the work in less than 3 hours. I have already asked about scheduling a closing this fall! They are busy but the quality of work and price are well worth the wait!

The service was excellent. Communication was good and the owner worked within my schedule. On the dates arranged they arrived early, worked dilligently and answered all of my questions clearly and patiently. The finished pool looks great and everyone who sees it loves it.
