When I called him to look at our building that was destroyed by fire, he said he could "put a crew together to take it down." I later found the biggest thing he had ever done was remove some pipe insulation. When I told him I couldn't deal with a small operator - I needed to get the site cleared quickly - he started "annonymously" calling my code enforcement officer that we weren't doing things properly and then apparently complained to the state Dept of Labor. Stay away from this "Elmer Fudd" sound-alike. He will bring you nothing but trouble. Apparently, when guys who aren't very good at what they do start having trouble finding work in slow economies, they have way too much time to cause trouble.
