The staff at carcuzzi is friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly, I feel they are honest. I have had several bad experiences at Monroe Tire in S.L. when they tried to tell me my car needed multiple things it did not in an attempt to upsell my bill. New wipers when the ones on the car are two weeks old? Nice try. There are none of these games at Carcuzzi, and the call to verify before they make any big repairs. You can't ask for more. I highly recommend these guys.

I've been to a lot of different garages in the Tupper, Saranac and Lake Placid areas. Carcuzzi's does it right. They have a professional shop that is clean and modern looking. They have a service desk that is professional. Basically, I go to carcuzzi's when I want a job done well and a phone call back with updates along the way. Some garages do work without telling you and try to charge extra, or they don't call you when your car is ready. Not carcuzzi's. They call and leave messages every step of the way. If they find something else wrong with your car they call and ask what you would like to do. The price of their services seems a little above what you would pay elsewhere, but you pay for a job done right.

I've been using Carcuzzi for all the service on my 2004 Subaru Forester for about 10 years now. I've always been very happy with them. They are very polite, helpful, and trustworthy. It's been so long since I've been to anyone else I can't really judge their prices. My sense is that they are in line with other auto service places in the area. Sometimes I leave my car for them to work on, other times I wait for it. Very occasionally the wait has been a little longer than they predicted. Due to the nature of their business I think that is understandable. I highly recommend Carcuzzi!
