John is a customers ultimate contractor, heâ s very professional, when he says heâ s going to be there heâ s there, which is a rarity today, I had to redo my electrical service over and add 4 panels with meters on a rental property that I owned in Troy , John design the job and did it exactly the way that we Discussed it , in a very timely manner and very neat.( I am and electrician down in the city, so for me to have someone reliable and trustworthy to do my work on my properties is very comforting) I will use him on any future work that I have.

John was very nice and professional, we needed exterior lights put on our garage and a couple outlets switched to 3 prong plugs, the plugs are good. The exterior lights on the other hand. I can see the wires from the outside and it doesn’t look very safe. Water can get in between the light and garage so now I have to find another “pro” to fix it.

John answers his own phone (a rarity). He came by my house within an hour to give me an estimate. Since it was an emergency situation, he came the next day to do the work. He stayed on site the entire time until the job was finished. He gave me a very fair price. I had an estimate for half the work he did, just over a year ago, and it was for quite a bit more money. He is friendly and professional and I will be using him again if I have any other electrical issues.
