Did an excellent job. Started the job when he had estimated he would get to me. Always called a day or so ahead to say they planned on coming. (Job was weather dependent, and took a couple of days). Cleaned up after themselves. Always very responsive to my questions and explaining things so I understood. Very happy with the final product.

They are fantastic. The stairs are beautiful. The steps were wider, and they had a tread effect to them. They are absolutely wonderful in the winter. They clear quickly, and they're very, very safe. I'm very impressed with them, and they are good-looking, too. I could have trouble with stairs, but these are perfect. I did quite a bit of comparing on prices, and the stairs were a good buy. It only took them two hours, so the door wasn't out of commission for very long at all.

Unit Step was prompt in coming out to give me an estimate and completing the job in a reasonable time frame, especially since I had to do some repairs. I am satisfied with both the product and the installation.
