This company will gladly take your money but will not stand behind any warranty. It took one and a half years get them to come out and that was only after i got the town of tonawanda building inspector involved. When they replaced my roof sheeting they used a different thickness of sheeting in one area that faces the street. Needless to say it is very obvious and looks like h***. They only replaced some shingles when they finally came out but the joke is they replaced my grey shingles with dark blue. Apparently collin and the guy who replaced them are both color blind. Im not kidding, when i called them on it thats what they said. By this time i was sick of the run around so i am writing this to warn other people. They are no longer a recommended roofing contractor in the town of tonawanda due to what the building inspector witnessed. Also if you have a complaint, and your calling them back because they never responded to your first or second call they screen their calls. Good luck

Tuscarora replaced 6 windows in my house. They were responsive, installed within the time-frame I was hoping for, the price was good, they did not leave a mess, and I would definitely contact them for any future window needs.

I called and got them to come give an estimate right away. I liked what they told me. They were detailed in their description of work they would do to place my roof. So I signed a contract. That was over a year ago. After that things got horrible. My roof was leaking so I needed them to come fix it in a timely manner. They kept saying next week, next week every time I called to ask when they would be coming. This went on until they stopped taking my phone calls and I received a letter stating they were done for the season but I would be first on the list for next year (2017). I wasn't happy since I had counted on them to fix the leaking roof before winter. But by then it was too late to hire anyone else. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited until Spring and starting calling again. They said I was on the list. Then the whole process started again. I called they said next week they would be there and it went on and on. They stopped taking my calls or calling me back when I left a message. I gave up and got estimates from other roofers. It still took months to finally get someone to actually come and do the work. Thirteen months after starting the process. I'm glad to have the roof done and not have to deal with roofing companies anymore. Tuscarora may do fine work but I will never know....they never showed up.

I hired Tuscarora Roofing to install a new roof on my Daughters house along with a bathroom vent. Tuscarora never entered the house to see where the bathroom actually was. The vent was installed improperly. The fan actually sits higher than the vent on the roof. I have a contractor now doing a remodel of the bathroom, and he said that the vent was placed improperly. The vent should have been installed higher on the roof. The vent being lower will cause condensation to collect in the vent duct and will mold in the summer and freeze in the winter. I wanted the vent installed because the bathroom never had a vent before and I knew that we would be remodeling the bathroom and adding a vent fan. The roof vent is useless where it is located, it was not placed in the proper location. The installer never came in to look at the ceiling of the bathroom. This is a Cape Code style house with a sloped ceiling. I called Tuscarora and spoke with Collin, a supervisor, now they want to charge me about $200 to move the vent, when it wasn't placed proper location in the first place. I have had to complain to the BBB. I would advise anyone to NEVER hire this company for any work! If they do improper work they will not stand behind their mistakes and make it right!

It went great!  They had a large crew and would have had our large roof done in one day if it wasn't for very high winds!  The workers were great.  They cleaned up after themselves.  We were very happy!  And the price was very reasonable:  not the highest or lowest but they definitely give you a good product for a good price!

The provider did a complete tear off and replacement roofing job for my parents 110+ Year old farmhouse. The original roof was in pretty poor condition and the end result looked great. The estimator made sure to stay in contact until completion of the job with any questions/concerns that we had. This company was very easy to contact and a pleasure to work with. The crew showed up on time with a full staff, approx. 10+ workers and were finished much faster than we expected! They did great on clean up afterwards, not one piece of garbage left behind. Definitely would work with again.

They showed up at the time they stated, stripped and re roofed the entire house, and garage, and finished 1 hour before they said they would be done. The yard and driveways were spotless. Found a few nails stuck in the cracks in my neighbors driveway, but I had to dig to get them out, and if you weren't really looking closely, you would have never found them. I washed them strip and re-roof a church in the neighborhood completely in 3 days, so this along with their warranty ended up being the ONLY estimate I got. Would I hire them again.... Absolutely.

Tuscarora's price on both the roof and windows was half of what another contractor (whom I had used previously on my last house) quoted us. We researched the products before agreeing and found Tuscarora's products to have high ratings. They were responsive in making an appointment quickly for an estimate and followed through on their commitments. They did the roof within one day of their target date (the weather had been rainy). They were meticulous about protecting the house from roof debris and cleaning up afterwards, even raking the grass to get up any bits and pieces and using a metal detector/magnet of some kind to pick up any stray nails. They also cleaned the flower beds and swept the driveway. They arrived with a large crew of men, who each knew their job and got right down to it. Our roof was done in half a day. The windows were installed later because they were custom made. The windows were delivered to our garage a couple days before the install date. When the crew leader arrived, he examined the windows and told us that they couldn't be installed because whoever had measured used the wrong measurement. To their credit, they reordered the windows and expedited them so that we didn't have to wait more than a week to get the install done. If you've researched windows you will find that if a window is the wrong size and installed anyway, they will not function properly. I give Tuscarora rave reviews because they didn't even consider trying to install the off-size windows. We never would have known the difference. They did the job right! So, I would recommend them highly. And we are very pleased with the roof and the quality and function of our Alside UltraMaxx vinyl double insulated glass windows. In the very cold winter of 2014, you could touch the inside pane and it would not feel cold at all.

Replace roof in a quick and efficient manner-

Tuscarora roofing arrived at my house at 7:45 am and got right to work. By noon I had a beautiful new roof and my yard was cleaned up as if they were never there.

the estimate process was good - no complaints but I went with what I considered to be the best value. I have seen this contractors work and I think they are great!

Job went perfect. They showed up early, brought a Large team of workers and were done in 4.5 hours. Tuscarora did an excellent job, followed the contract and did everything required. They did a beautiful job. I've had so many comments from my neighbors on the perfect job.
I highly recommend this company if you need any work!
