My furnace broke down and called them. Note this was about 6pm to boot. A repairman my self and had fixed this furnace before. It was clearly time for a new one. So I know he was not trying to just get the job.
They came to look at furnace in a few hours. We decided to replace it. They came back the next day with the new furnace and in just 4 hours the job was finished.
