I asked them to weed, trim shrubs and mutch around the entire perimeter of the house. Fred Scherrer, Jr. decided to dig out the shrubs, plants and foliage around the entire perimeter of the fence and along one side of the house. He claimed my husband spoke to him without my knowing to do this and that I was in a wheelchair. I was never in a wheelchair at that time, I did use a walker. When we complained to the BBB, he had his employee back him up on his version. We paid the bill because we did not want this to reflect on our credit rating.

The fall clean up went perfect and they did a very good job. They are very reliable and they take very good care of their customers. For example, we had a surprise snow storm in October and without having to call them they came out and made our property accessible. They are very proactive and know what they are doing.
