Car busted the left CV joint in the evening. After examination determined that repair exceeded my capabilities. Called the next morning to make an appointment.
Scheduling appointment:
1. Making the appointment was quick and easy.
2. Easy to reach an employee during normal business hours.
3. Receptionist is friendly, courteous and efficient.
4. Got an appointment in for two days later.
Problem Determination and Repair:
1. Dropped the car of the night before and left the key and problem description in drop box.
2. Owner called the next morning to discuss what the problem was and most cost effective repair. The great thing in working with this garage is that they are honest, will not try to push unnecessary work and take the cost of the repair and the age of the vehicle into consideration when discussing repair options.
3. We agreed on a repair and associated expense.
4. Repair was completed on time and within the agreed upon price.
5. Receptionist called to advise that the repair had been completed, the actual amount owed and options for payment and collecting the vehicle outside of normal business hours.
Overall:
Vehicle was professionally repaired at a reasonable cost and within an acceptable time. Paul, the owner, is personally involved and familiar with the customers, vehicles and repairs.
It is a pleasure to do business with Right on Point Automotive and I gladly drive the extra distance to have my vehicles repaired there. Would absolutely recommend this establishment and use in future.

Excellent service. Worked with me from start to finish. Was flexible in when I could bring the car, was available in person and by phone to discuss options and executed the repairs under budget and on time.
