Perfect Comfort had gave us a choice of 3 types of complete setups. Perfect Comfort came on time perform the work and cleaned up after. I had referred Perfect Comfort to others. Great Job. I also have used them for plumbing work also great work.

Mr. Russo and his team arrived at the appointed time (8AM) for the installation and the cooridation with the electricain went smoothly. Each memeber of the team knew exactly what their assignments were and the work flowed smoothly. They protected the furniture and floors with covers and cleaned and vacuumed everything when they finished. The employees were all friendly and knowlegable about their jobs. By 4PM they had the entire system installed and working. Mr. Russo followed up a few days later by phone to see if everything was working properly and he personally came to the house to be present when the building inspector scheduled the final inspection. Mr. Russo also took the time to make sure he sent me the paperwork so that I could file for a tax credit and a rebate from my utility company as the system is energy efficient.This is probably THE BEST experience I have ever had with a contractor....Complete, friendly service from start to finish with no problems. I have recommended PERFECT COMFORT to many people and would certainly call them back for any plumbing/heating need.

The crew arrived promptly and the entire job took less than the three days they had initally quoted us. They were polite, clean and took great care to answer our questions. Very professional and easy to work with. We are very satisfied and look forward to reduced heating costs as well as a and quot;perfectly comfortableand quot; summer with the AC system.

We called for service and explained the furnace issue to Vincent. He scheduled us for service the next morning. The tech's arrived promptly and went right to work to diagnose the issues. They had the parts on their truck and were able to have the furnace up and running again and heat restored within an hour. The charges were reasonable. Excellent service at an excellent price.

We are very pleased with the experience from start to finish. We received a quote from this company that was below 3 other quotes we've received. Vince is very knowledgeable and courteous and answered all our questions. He was able to install the new furnace two days after we received his estimate. He came with two other workers to complete the job and finished in about 5 hours. They removed the old furnace and ran new PVC exhaust pipes for the furnace as required by current code. He even added an additional vent to the furnace in the basement, in order to keep the floor on the first floor warmer at no extra charge. Everything is running great and we are very pleased. Vince called a week later to check in and make sure everything was running smoothly. We own a 100 year old house that has no heat upstairs yet and will definitely be calling on Perfect Comfort to add heat upstairs.
