The owner John is very professional and easy to work with. He returns messages left for him promptly and he and his crew always arrived at my home at the time scheduled. I have had other Tree Services also provide me with estimates, but each time Flanagan's prices were considerably better. You will not give up quality for this better price. I will continue to use them in the future if the need arises.

The owner, John Flanagan, gave me an estimate and told me one of the trees could not be touched because they were in the electric lines.  He suggested that I call Orange Electric to have them remove the limbs over the lines.  After speaking to O&R, I was delighted to find that the electric company would take that  tree down for me.  That meant that I would be spending less money.  
The workers showed up as scheduled (delays due to rain which was beyond their control).  They worked quickly and professionally. They cleaned up all debris left behind.   The only damage was to the wet ground which had tracks where the heavy truck left ruts.    I was expecting some residual damage due to the continuing wet streak.  It was minimal and I had no problem with it.  
The stump grinder was also very professional, did his work quickly and raked the mulch into a pile that I was able to use in the garden.
I found them to be very professional and would definitely use them again.

I was very pleased. They were prompt and professional and they cleaned up the mess afterwards.  He was very accommodating. I absolutely would use them again.

They came when they said would come.  They were very reasonable with their quotes of the other people I got the quotes from.  They came in, they had three workers and they were here three days.  They cleaned up after themselves.  They were just hard workers, very neat and meticulous.  They'd been up with buckets and trees for three days.  They cleaned up meticulously after themselves.  There were stuffs that I didn't need and hadn't moved away.  They picked them up and shredded for me.  They were just more than accommodating.  Their price was reasonable compared to the others.
