Seth was fantastic. Showed me the system he uses and how they compared to other systems, I had already looked at others so it was very obvious how superior the system that Seth uses is. He was very fair with the price and was at my house in two days and completed the job in a few hours. The work was topnotch and Seth is very meticulous. The job went well, very professional. Seth was punctual and did what he said he would do. It was difficult to find someone to do the stoop and railings, the other companies only did stoops and no railings. The stoop looks great! I would highly recommend him. He was not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I am satisfied!

Seth arrived arrived on a Sunday, which was amazing to begin with.... Great sales pitch explained absolutely everything..... The job was neat custom and professional.... All I have to say is you get exactly what you pay for in life and Seth was well worth the money!!! Would definitely recommend!!

Seth installed a deluxe aluminum railing system in the front of my home. Call backs were prompt and appointments were on time. Seth was polite and proficient. He explained the differences between all the railing systems and helped us make the right choice. He is confident in his skills and his work reflects that. He reinforced some stonework before proceeding because he wanted to do the job right. I don't believe he overcharges; I think quality railings are just plain expensive! I would use him again and I recommend him.

It was a pleasure working with Sep. He takes such pride in his work, does the install himself and finishes with a perfect job. The stoop had some problems because it was not installed properly (by someone else) and Sep had to repair the stoop before he could start. Then he was able to continue and finished installing the railings. My stoop is safe and sturdy, thanks to Sep. These days, it is not often that one finds someone who takes such care and pride in doing a good job. Hire Sep, you will never be sorry.

Although the initial meeting was a little rushed, the owner was very professional and took his time installing our railings. It even rained during the installation, and I was concerned that he would rush the job just to finish it, but he didn't. He took his time, and came back the next day to complete the job. It all looked beautiful and we have received many complements. It is clear that the owner takes a lot of pride in his work, and I think that's really important. I would definitely use them again.

Provided quote very quickly for us. Managed to get the railings installed ahead of schedule and it was the final piece left on the flood work that we had to undertake. Seth was very helpful with suggestions on what would look best for us and installation went very smoothly.

We understood that it would take a little bit of time because he had a lot of people that he had booked, and he told us ahead of time that it would be the beginning of August that he could complete the job. One thing that stood out of my mind is that my steps were in very poor condition and I was having my son's graduation party on July, 6th and he actually came. We booked him on a Thursday evening and he came and gave us a quote, he came back that Sunday to do all the masonry on the stoop because he knew that I was having a party the following week. So I was very impressed with that, he cut down all the old railings and he left just the old columns. But he did all the masonry work for us and that made my house look like so much better. Even if it was not completely done, it looked so much better because he knew I was having my son's graduation party. I remember reading about his company and I liked the fact he took over from his dad and I also liked the fact that the owner comes out and does the job. And what I also like about him is that a portion of the sales that he does goes to Ortizens and to Perkinsons I believe because his mother passed away from that, and that made comfortable using him. He was very prompt and went out of his way to do things he didn't have to do for us. He is not the least expensive but sometimes you get what you pay for, you pay a little extra.

You can shop around and maybe find something similar for a lower price BUT if piece of mind is something you're willing to pay for then just go with Stoop-It for grade A materials and grade A workmanship.

When we thought of doing this project we knew Seth would do the job. I did not get any other estimates.While his prices are not the cheapest, his products and workmanship are worth the price. His work is by word of mouth. He does not offer coupons.
Seth, the owner of Stoop-It.Com, is a distributor of superior quality products and is a conscientious, superior installer. He does not contract his work out. He is professional, punctual and courteous. There is nothing to clean up when he leaves. On one of the hottest days of the year, he worked (in the sun) and removed the old and put in the new quickly and efficiently.
I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants quality products and skilled workmanship at a fair price.
