The day we had the tree work done they were very late. They said by 12:00 and showed up at almost 4:00. I did not think they were coming. Maybe just delayed. They started the work before I came back from the bus stop. I would of thought that they would of waited for the homeowner to double check on the job. The tree was a big one close to the house. The guys miss judged the size and grazed my neighbors house and bent my gutter. From that point on I was a nervous wreck. My neighbor came out and she from that point on did not leave her window. I just thought that they were going to rope the logs off rather then throwing them from the top. I felt like Godzilla was in the backyard. We had a company for years doing work. They just retired so I was used to a neater and worry free job. I had to cancel my evening because they came late. They were suppose to take the wood and had to leave it for someone to pick up later in the night or first thing in the morning. They said they had no room on the truck. That was totally fine. They made good on that. We really appreciated it. Some people came in the morning and then they came for the rest. They did not finish the job and they wanted to get paid. I explained that they were not finished and they fine with that. The Forman left earlier and we never saw Ira. I had to tell the guys to fix the gutter. They came the next day to finish up and cut another large tree and we did not let them do it. No Forman or Ira and we were nervous. We did not want them to drop the tree. We went with them because they had a bucket truck and we did not want the logs dropped for this tree. It would have need a mess. I did like the owner. But there needs to be someone on the job you can talk to. I believe they said the Forman was sick. Which was fine. I could of rescheduled.

from estimate to completion all went on schedule, no delays, returned calls, courteous, professional, neat.

The work was done better than expected, price was excellent for the amount of work. many companies would have charged this amount just for the two trees. five guys working on the job. I have used four or five times over 12 years. I always call him first and last

The owner is a nice guy who arrived to my home, and gave me a fair estimate. I told him I would call him when I was ready. He didn't call to harass me in the interim and I did call the following week when I was ready. He came to my house and did a great job. No mess, no hassle .

Ira and his crew arrived on time.  They cut down the twin trunk of a very large tulip tree and extensively pruned two large dogwood trees.  Then they carefully dug around two flowering trees and moved them, preserving as much of the root system as possible. Joe, the foreman, and the workers were  courteous, efficient  and conscientious and were very accommodating with any questions or concerns that I had.  Everything was cleaned up completely when they were finished.  Ira was professional, attentive and easy to work with.  He gave me a very good price and allowed me to pay in two installments, which made it possible for me to have the work done right at the beginning of the season.

they said they would be here at 8 am and were setting up at 7:30.  they estimated the job would be done by 2:30 in the afternoon and it was completed around 2 pm.  they were efficient and knew what they were doing.  ira gave me the detailed estimate and joe was the foreman on the job.

Work on the first property was performed while I was at work and was generally OK except that one tree in prominent view with dead branches was not done and firewood suitable wood was not left on the property as was agreed. I received a call that they would come on Saturday afternoon right after lunch to do the second property. When they did not show up by 2:30 I called them and was told they would be there shortly. They finally showed up at 3:00 p.m. Immediately after work started the boss left leaving his foreman in charge - not unusual for this business. However, about a half hour later I saw the boss's car pull up in front of the property and then leave again. A few minutes later I noticed the foreman was gone. Within 15 minutes or so the crew had finished what they were most immediately working on and all work stopped. With no one in charge, no direction and certainly no initiative, the crew just sat around sharpening their chainsaw blades with tree branches piled up all over the place. I waited about a half hour and left in disgust. I called, got voicemail, and left a message for the boss that he could pick up his money under my front doormat, that I was unhappy with the the fact the crew had been left unsupervised and that we would not be doing business again.  I received a voicemail a few days later thanking me for leaving the money under the circumstances and saying he would take care of the missed tree on the first property. Needless to say at this point, he did not keep his word.

Both trees were cut up, rooots ground and areas were left raked and perfectly ready for seed.  The came to give us an estimate very quickly, in spite of the fact that tree companies were very much in demand due to the hurricane, and subsequent extensive damage.  Other companies never even bothered to return my calls, but Immaculate came after one phone call, gave us a very fair and reasonable estimate, when others were giving us inflated estimates taking advantage of a bad situation.  They came almost immediately to cut up the trees and take them away, and had to wait for the weather to permit to come back, grind the stumps and roots, and finish the job.  But the came as soon as possible, did a thorough job, and stuck to their estimate.

They were wonderful, Ira is fantastic, and I will be using them again for more tree work.  I completely recommend them, and know you won't be disappointed.

They responded quickly to my telephone call.  They were able to get here within a week.  They were prompt.  They did a good job.  The workers were fine.  I was very pleased with them.  I would use their service in the future too.

They showed up when they said they would and did a fantastic job from start to finish. The foreman spoke English which is a plus in my book. You really need good communication with this type of work, I was very happy.
